NBK Capital Equity Partners Fund, with a committed capital of USD 250 million, focuses primarily on investments in MENA and Turkey. Investing between USD 10 million to USD 40 million of equity capital in a single transaction, the Fund operates on an active ownership model　in　partnership　with　large financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals.

The Fund mainly　invests in　companies which are in their mid to late stage of development. And, while the Fund in affiliation with limited partners can access larger deals, it　generally　targets　companies seeking capital for growth or restructuring, in exchange for controlling stakes or strong minority interests.
