The NBK Capital Alternative Investments division focuses on the execution of investment strategies to build a solid foundation for launching new funds. The division is composed of two groups, Private Equity and Mezzanine.

The Private Equity Team applies internal talent and expertise in order to offer the best strategic advice, guaranteeing a solid and flexible process while carrying out deals and transactions. The team currently manages two funds, NBK Capital Equity Partners Fund and Kuwait Investment Opportunities Fund.

The NBK Capital - GSC Group Mezzanine Fund I  is the first mezzanine fund specifically geared at the MENA Region and Turkey, and was set up at a joint venture between NBK Capital and GSC Group. The Fund utilizes the skills and proficiencies of top-notch professionals to provide customized financing options that tailor to the needs of the sponsors and companies which they deal with.
