2. What happens during the interview process?
Typically the interview process starts with a screening round conducted by the HR department, followed by a series of interviews with Line Managers and Senior Management.
During the interview you will face different types of questions including general introductory questions, technical questions related to the job and behavioral questions related to competencies we believe are important for success at NBKC.
3. What types of positions are available for professionals?
From time to time we are on the lookout for experienced professionals with experience in Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets and Debt Capital Markets to fill specific positions. Asset Management seeks experienced buy or sell side research analysts, product specialists, fund/portfolio managers and fund administrators. We also consider qualified applicants with specialized experience in HR, Finance, IT, Corporate Communication and Legal and Compliance.
